I-League 2024-25: The I-League also known as Hero I-League is a second tier football competition for men that is scheduled to begin from 19 October 2024. It is going to be a six months long tournament as the I-League Final Match will be on 30 April 2025. The official Indian Domestic Football Calendar 2024-25 has been announced by the AIFF on 6 February 2024. Including the I-League many other football events will have a duration of 6 months. The official team list will be known once the I-League 2023-24 season ends.

One the premier domestic football competition of India, I-League is just few months away. As announced by the AIFF, the event will begin from 19 October, 2024 and will end at 30 April 2025. The I-League Teams for the 2024-25 season will be known once the 17th edition of I League ends on April, 2024. I League Schedule 2024-25
The official I-League Schedule 2024-25 is yet to be announced. Probably it will be out 1 or 2 months before the game starts. The I League 2024-25 Start date is from 10 October, 2024.

As the official schedule of I League 2024 25 is not yet released we are not so sure about the venues where the matches will be held. But we are sharing the home stadiums of all the present I-League teams, where probably the matches can be held.

I-League Format
The I League format for the 2024-25 season will be same as the previous season. Each team will be playing 2 matches against each other (One home and One away match). Once all the matches of each teams is over, then the team in the 1st position of the I-League table will be declared winner and will also be promoted to the Indian Super League for the next season. And the bottom 3 teams of the I-League Points Table will relegated to the I-League 2.
Winner of every match is awarded with 3 points, 1 point for draw matches and 0 points for loss.
